Devil's Slide is an unusual geological formation located in northern Utah's Weber Canyon, near the community of Croydon in Morgan County, Utah, United States. The slide consists of two parallel limestone strata that have been tilted to lie vertical, protruding out of the mountainside. Intervening layers have eroded more quickly, forming a channel some wide running hundreds of feet down the mountain. I-84 runs right past Devil's Slide, which can be clearly seen from the road. There are parking areas on both sides of the highway for viewing the slide.〔(【引用サイトリンク】 url = http://www.morganhistoricalsociety.com/landmarks.htm )〕 ==Gallery== Image:Devils Slide.jpg|Devil's Slide photo by Carleton Watkins, c.1874 File:The Devil's Slide-LCCN2008678212.jpg|Photochrom print, 1898 Image:DevilsSlideUtah.jpeg|Front view in March 2008 from the south parking area File:Devil's Slide, Morgan, UT.jpg|The Devil's Slide geological formation 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Devil's Slide (Utah)」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
